We currently restrict the following animals:
Dog Breeds: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Dobermans, Chows, Saint Bernards, Great Danes, Akitas, Terriers (Staffordshire), American Bulldog, or any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the breeds mentioned above.
Poisonous Animals: Tarantulas, Piranhas
Exotic Animals: Reptiles (snakes, iguanas), Ferrets, Skunks, Raccoons, Squirrels, Rabbits, Birds (parrots, cockatiels, macaws)
Limit of 2 pets per home.
Maximum adult weight is 35 pounds.
Non-refundable pet fee is $300 per pet.
Monthly pet rent of $25 will be charged per pet.
All pets should be spayed or neutered.
